Thanks for your interest in Repeater Radio.
Catch up: Rhian E Jones left Wales behind (for now) with an outro mix (here). Dan Evans returned with more in-depth analysis of the ever shifting terrain of the British class system in conversation with Brett Christophers (here) The Gleaner’s Radio Compass swung around to point in the direction of Vienna, (here). Graham Jones enlightened us even further with episode two of Red Enlightenment on Spirituality (here). Julia Digital went deep with an extended cut of her conversation with Navigator (here) while Radical Scotland was in conversation with Rory Scorthorne for an extensive overview of Scotland’s critical heritage and the New Left (here) while Neon Screams reprised his side of the epic CTRL ALT SCREAM (here)
This week: New shows abound. First up Repeater author Keith Kahn Harris and co-presenter Rosemary Hill present Disenchanted, a look at what happens when your musical tastes clash with your political convictions, Tom Trevatt begins a series on Culture in Conversation with Chritine Goding Doty on Whiteness and Sofia Wrazen debuts Weird Pop on the international pop underground. Andy Sharp (The English Heretic Collection) presents a new monthly series Escape From London, featuring depictions of London on film. The debut episode features Don Levy's experimental film Herostratus (1967) and the contagious tragedy of its making.

Coming up: The Northern Independence Party will be agitating for a Northern Rising. A big night deliberating the life and work of K-Punk is in the planning stages, international man of mystery The Acid Communist launches Feedback Loops and Jonny Mugwump will be setting up a set of label showcases and ensnaring the unwary listener in the web of luminous cosmic-ectoplasmic audio filaments being spun out into the ether by the busy weavers in the upstairs workshop at The Neon Hospice
